Jamie Schofield, M.A.

Jamie Schofield is the Founder and Executive Director of Faithfully Guided, Inc., a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization that began in December 2011 to help individuals and families restore healthy relationships. Her passion for education and family life exemplifies her belief that God’s design for families is foundational for healthy communities to prosper. She feels passionate about supporting families in the developmental and transitional stages of life, striving to help them grow in strength and spiritual truth.
Jamie holds a master’s degree in Pastoral Studies and Christian Spirituality from Loyola University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. She is a licensed clinical pastoral counselor with the National Christian Counselors Association and a licensed minister of pastoral counseling with the National Conservative Christian Church. Additionally, she is a certified anger management trainer and specialist with the National Anger Management Association.
For the past ten years, Jamie has either mentored, taught, or counseled youth and families of diverse backgrounds. She served at Hands of Mercy Everywhere, Inc., a Christian maternity home for teens and their babies, in Belleview, Florida where she worked with youth in the foster care program. Jamie taught bible studies, life skills and parenting education classes, and became an approved GED instructor through the Marion County Public School System, for not only the girls in the home but the rest of the Belleview community. She and her family served as house parents. Jamie has also taught as an adjunct instructor for the College of Central Florida. Over the last five years, she has really dedicated her time and resources in working with the community in the area of bullying prevention. She believes these experiences have really helped pave the way to God’s call to serve individuals and families in our community.
Dave Scott, M.A.

Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of South Florida and a masters of arts degree in clinical christian counseling from Cornerstone University. Dave is a licensed minister of pastoral counseling with the National Conservative Christian Church and is certified through the National Christian Counselors Association. Dave is a presidential member in good standing of the American Association of Christian Counselors.
For the past ten years, Dave has served as a corporate chaplain with Corporate Chaplains of America where he provided crisis care to local businesses and employees in Ocala, Florida. Along with chaplaincy, Dave served 5 years in leadership with Corporate Chaplains where he encouraged, equipped, and empowered leaders across the Northeast Region impacting over 10,000 employees.
Dave’s passion and strength is found in his unique ability to communicate and understand people. Dave uses this strength to walk beside people to help them accomplish their goals. He loves working with leaders of business, education, and ministry along with couples, individuals and families.
Dr. Les Morgan, D. Min.

Les holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from Knox Theological Seminary. He is an ordained minister with the Southern Baptist Convention and has served as a pastor for 35 years. He has been in in professional counseling for 25 years and is in association with the American Association of Christian Counseling.
Les has spoken at over 80 conference venues across America as a trainer or seminar instructor. He has been invited to multiple international settings for training purposes or preaching engagements. He has written five books, numerous magazine articles, and a weekly newspaper column for more then 15 years.
His heart to see broken relationships among people repaired and renewed. By implementing the timeless principles of the Bible, as well as a key emphasis on Christian Counseling, Les has seen hundreds of lives restored to the fullness that God would have for every individual.
Elizabeth Parker M.A.
Elizabeth Parker holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communications from Kent State University. She is an ordained minister through City Light Church.
Elizabeth began her career working as a family counselor at the Arnette House, Inc. where she practiced individual, family and group counseling. She went on to serve as Executive Pastor and Pastoral Counselor at City Light Church. In this setting, she began integrating faith into her therapy and diving deeper into inner healing. She is trained in Sozo, an inner healing ministry of Bethel Church, aimed at targeting the deep roots that hinder one’s complete freedom in Christ.
Elizabeth believes in a holistic approach to health which includes body, soul and spirit. She is deeply committed to promoting inner healing through intimate encounters with the love and power of Christ.
Ashlee Seek, MSN, ARNP-C
Ashlee Seek, ARNP, MSN is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with a commitment to preventing illness and attaining and maintaining excellent health through nutrition and physical activity. Ashlee received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Central Florida. After spending more than 15 years gaining experience in the areas of cardiology and nephrology as a registered nurse, Ashlee decided to resume her education. She received her Master’s degree in nursing from South University and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. Ashlee is board-certified in Adult Gerontological Practice by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
As an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, Ashlee is dedicated to an integrative approach of medicine that combines modern medicine with evidence-based complementary approaches to prevention and healing. As a health and fitness enthusiast, Ashlee believes in addressing the physical as well as the lifestyle, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients to achieve optimal health. In fact, she believes most diseases can be reversed, eliminated, and prevented through better lifestyle choices. She is excited that God has strategically aligned her with the team of Faithfully Guided with whom she shares the same mission and purpose.

Jessica Chitumalla, AAGNP
Jessica Chitumalla is an Advanced Adult/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AAGNP) who graduated in 2014. She has been working and studying in the field of nursing since 2005 in the areas of cardiology and nephrology. Being diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder at the age of 11 in October of 1992, she was constantly under the care of nurses and doctors who quickly became her second family. This allowed her to understand the importance of medical professionals in her life and created a passion within her to become a nurse and help others in the same way medical professionals helped her. She is very excited to join Faithfully Guided and work with the team enabling clients to attain better health by addressing the spirit, mind, and body connections.
